Chapter 1 - Ruby Thursday

Meet hunter Gardineer, son of the first Magician, Lee Gardineer, a minor villian who used his magician skills and technology to rob his audiance

Lee was foiled by And-Man. From prison he promised to use his abilities for good

His son Hunter, however, was involved in a scam and was foiled by Ant-Man again. 

Hunter was an accomplished hypnotist ,pickpocket and master of minor electronic and tricked gadgets. He mastered all his father toughed him. Now, approaching 30, he hardly made anything of himself and was an anonymous bystander in New York as life passed him by. 

Hunter always dreamed of being a hero, like his hero Spider-Man

But his only attempt at heroism ended in disaster as a hostage was shot when he tried to save he day.

One day, Hunter was having coffee in his favorite café

Suddenly, there was a large explosion and everything fell into chaos

It was the Vulture, and he was in battle with someone

Hunter ran onto the streets, together with random people scrambling to safety

Hunter looked around in shock and saw the new Hawkeye jumping over a cab, shooting arrows!

He ran away from the battle, entering an alley

Hunter saw a body, unmoving in the alley. He recognised her as Ruby Thursday, a minor villain. Was she involved? "Hey. hey!" he called, but she didn't respond

Hunter picked her up and ran, heading to his home. Surprisingly, she was so light, as if she was a hollow mannequin. 

Arriving home, he brought her to his secret lab in the basement of his brownstone apartment

She was placed on an examination table. She still hasn't move, even a little bit. It was as if she was dead!

Mnutes later, Hunter walked into his secret lab under his apartment, dressed in only a lab coat

Hunter removed the blue swimsuit from Ruby's body

Hunter examined Ruby's naked body. "I heard she is an android. Which means her memories can be accessed. Where is the..." he thought as he searched her head, then started searching her body

Just then, a lightning bolt struck a electrical pylon

The power surged, with light bulbs, televisions and other appliances exploding all over New York!

The whole of New York suffered a blackout!

Electricity surged through Hunter's brains
